A leader in bespoke facades, roof glazing, and glass atriums in the UK is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced individual to collaborate with them on a freelance basis as a Senior Project Manager.
Their mission? To design and install high-quality, architecturally bespoke facades, roof glazing, and glass atriums within the commercial sector.
As a Freelance Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and delivering top-tier architectural solutions for our valued clientele. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your expertise, nurture your talents, and shape iconic commercial landscapes across the nation, all while enjoying the flexibility and variety that freelance work provides.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate the full project life cycle, from initial conception to final installation, on a freelance basis.
• Liaise with key stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered to agreed specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Maintain a high level of communication with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Implement risk and change management processes as needed.
• Uphold the highest quality standards across all projects.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in managing commercial projects involving bespoke facades, roof glazing, and glass atriums.
• Exceptional leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant project management software.
