As a Building Envelope Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and closing Building Envelope projects. The successful candidate will have experience in managing large-scale projects, possess a strong understanding of Building Envelope systems including Cladding, Curtain Walling, Fenestration, Glazing and EWI, and have a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

Manage project team members and sub-contractors, ensuring they are effectively communicating and working together to achieve project goals.

Oversee the selection and procurement of materials and equipment required for the project.

Ensure the project is in compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.

Manage and resolve any project-related issues, such as delays, budget overruns, or safety concerns.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, including project status reports and presentations.

Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management working on Building Envelope projects.

Strong knowledge of Cladding, Curtain Walling, EWI, Fenestration and Glazing systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.

Excellent project management skills, including experience with project scheduling and budgeting software.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a project team.

A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
