Our client is a very successful building envelope contractor who are currently recruiting for a No.1 Site Manager/Project Manager to work on an external Rainscreen Cladding project.

As a Cladding No.1 Site Manager/Project Manager you would have;
• SMSTS, CSCS Black/Gold Card
• At least 5 Years’ experience working on Building Envelope projects involving Rainscreen Cladding
• At least 5 Years’ experience Site Managing
• Able to read Construction drawings
• Great Communication & Well Presented
• Extensive Cladding experience

As a Cladding No.1 Site Manager/Project Manager your job will include;
• Manage programme and RAMS
• Manage site paperwork, organise labour, plant and materials
• Manage health, safety and quality
• Managing and motivating the workforce
• Check and prepare site reports
• Maintaining quality control procedures
• Problem solving site issues
