Our client is a very successful cladding and facades company currently recruiting for a Project Manager to run a large scheme at the start of a 2 year project.

As a Project Manager you would have;
• SMSTS, CSCS Black Card.
• At least 10 Years’ experience in Cladding and Facades
• At least 5 Years’ experience Project Management
• Great Communication & Well Presented

As a Project Manager your job will include;
• Review Designs with Design Team
• Manage Construction Programme and Construction Phase Plan (CPP’s)
• Plan look ahead forecast on site needs (Labour, Plant, Materials)
• Commercial reviews liaising with the QS team
• Manage Client Relationship
• Report writing
• Oversee Health & Safety, Quality & Environmental
• Manage a Project Team (QS, Site Manager, Site Supervisor)
• Motivating the workforce
• Problem solving site issues
