We are seeking a skilled project manager to join our clients team on a full-time basis, working on a variety of building envelope projects involving the installation of rainscreen systems. As the project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring that all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key requirements for this role include:
• Proven experience as a project manager in the building envelope industry
• Extensive knowledge of rainscreen systems and their installation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively

As the ideal candidate for this role, you will be confident in your ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manage subcontractors effectively, and maintain a high level of quality control throughout the project lifecycle. You will also be a skilled communicator, able to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
