As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of our groundwork and reinforced concrete projects.

You will be responsible for:
• Leading and managing project teams
• Developing and implementing project plans
• Overseeing project budgets and schedules
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Providing technical expertise and guidance

Additionally, experience in estimating project value and costing will be crucial for this role, as you will be responsible for:
• Accurately estimating project costs
• Developing comprehensive project budgets
• Evaluating and managing project expenses
• Ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of groundwork and reinforced concrete construction methods (preferred)
