About the Role:
Keyman Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Freelance Project Manager with expertise in roofing to join a leading client in the industry. This role offers the chance to oversee and manage significant roofing projects across the UK.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage roofing projects from inception to completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the roofing sector
• In-depth knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in project management software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
