Job Title: Project Quantity Surveyor - Mechanical & Electrical - Water Sector

Location: South of England (Remote work with 1 day a week in the office)

Salary: Up to £65k per annum (dependent on experience within the water sector)

Keyman Personnel, a well-established construction recruitment business trading since 1978, is currently seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a rapidly growing Mechanical & Electrical company focused on the water sector. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to progress their career within a compassionate and dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of cost management services for various projects in the water sector. You will be required to manage the financial aspects of the project, ensuring all budgets are met and exceeded where possible, while also liaising with clients and stakeholders to provide regular reports on progress and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide cost management services for various projects in the water sector • Manage the financial aspects of the project, ensuring all budgets are met and exceeded where possible • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide regular reports on progress and cost control • Manage the project cash flow and provide accurate forecasting of final costs • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards • Assist in the preparation of monthly project status reports • Attend regular meetings with clients and stakeholders

Key Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent • Significant experience working in the water sector • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications • Full UK driving license
