We are seeking a highly skilled QA Manager to work on a prestigious project running until 2026 within the Cladding and Building Envelope industry. The QA Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the company's quality standards, as well as the requirements of our clients and regulatory bodies. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in quality control and assurance in the construction industry, specifically in the cladding and building envelope field.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality control program for the company's products and services in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation and procedures, including inspection checklists and testing protocols.
Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure that quality control measures are being implemented effectively on all projects.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of products and services to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
Analyze and report on quality control data, identify trends and areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Develop and provide training to staff and subcontractors on quality control procedures and best practices.
Work closely with the project team to ensure that quality requirements are understood and communicated effectively to all stakeholders.
Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies as required to ensure compliance with project and industry requirements.
Manage the non-conformance process, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and follow-up.
Continually review and improve the quality control program to ensure that it remains effective and relevant to the needs of the company and its clients.

SMSTS
At least 5 years of experience in quality control and assurance in the construction industry, specifically in cladding and building envelope work
Thorough knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to quality control in the construction industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project objectives.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using snagging applications and experience with quality control software and tools.
