Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with tracking and management of project costs
• Preparing financial and progress reports under supervision
• Assisting with cost planning and commercial management of projects
• Communicating with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors
• Supporting in the preparation and agreement of final accounts

Qualifications:
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Some previous experience or internship in a similar role is advantageous
• Strong understanding of construction processes and financial management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant QS software
