We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor with Social Housing Experience ideally, and will be looking for the following Skills and experience

Reviewing maintenance plans and preparing quantity requirements
Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals
Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors
Assisting in establishing clients requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
Preparing and analysing the cost of tender
Analysing terms and conditions of the contract
Predicting potential risks in the project and taking precautions to mitigate them
Estimating and controlling the cost of large scale construction projects
Ensuring that structures meet the necessary legal and quality standards
Using technical measurement tools for accurate cost results
Monitoring the cost during the whole construction of the building
Salary will depend on experience.
