The Candidate
Key attributes of the candidate include:
• Extensive Civils Experience
• Strong NEC3 Knowledge
• Main or sub-contractor experience
• Cost Reporting Experience
• Procurement Experience
• Application of Payment Experience
• Measurement Experience
• Must have a driving licence and own car.
• Organised, with good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Can adapt to different tasks quickly, efficiently and confidently
• Ideally degree qualified or equivalent.
• Interpret information and instructions correctly and carry out tasks accordingly

The candidate must have recent UK experience as a Quantity Surveyor
