Company & Project:
A Cladding & Facades specialist are seeking to recruit an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their successful Commercial team working on multiple projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will take responsibility for daily commercial management functions, including but not limited to; measurement & valuations, applications for payment, reconciling accounts, dealing with sub-contract orders and enquiries, through to practical completion of the project and settling final accounts. The role is working a number of key packages on a major project.

Desirable Experience:
• 5 years+ experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Good communication skills and team player.
• Experience working in a live project environment.
• Experience with procurement of subcontractors would be advantageous.
• Previous Roles: Assistant Quantity Surveyor OR Quantity Surveyor OR Senior Quantity Surveyor OR Project Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications & Skills:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or comparable qualification.
