Key Responsibilities:
• Management and tracking of project costs and contractual relationships
• Provision of financial and progress reports
• Preparation and agreement of final accounts
• Cost planning and commercial management throughout the project lifecycle
• Liaison with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors

Qualifications:
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant discipline
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the Residential, Commercial, and Educational sectors
• Excellent understanding of modern construction techniques and financial acumen
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant QS software
