Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the preparation of cost plans, budgets, and detailed estimates for building envelope projects
• Support the monitoring of project costs and progress, providing regular financial updates to management

• Contribute to the identification, assessment, and management of risks and opportunities to optimise project profitability
• Support the preparation and submission of valuation claims, variations, and final accounts

Qualifications & Experience:
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, specifically within the building envelope sector
• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline is highly desirable
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills
• Proficient in the use of relevant software packages, such as Microsoft Office and cost management systems
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
