Keyman Personnel, a renowned specialist white collar recruitment business, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for a permanent position with a leading Facade Company. Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the commercial aspects of projects, ensuring effective cost control and profitability.
Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and cost plans.
Perform risk and value management to maximize project outcomes.
Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Monitor and manage variations and claims, ensuring their accurate valuation and resolution.
Conduct regular cost and financial reporting, keeping stakeholders informed.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Provide professional advice and guidance on commercial matters to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, relevant legislation, and industry standards.
Requirements:

Extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the field of facades.
In-depth knowledge and expertise in JCT contracting.
Proven track record of successfully managing commercial aspects of construction projects.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field are desirable.
Remuneration: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £80,000 per annum, reflecting their skills, experience, and the seniority of the role. Additionally, they will benefit from a comprehensive benefits package offered by the Facade Company.
