Title: Recruitment Consultant
Working Week: Office based, Monday - Friday with flexibility
Salary/Income: Basic Salary + Commission Accelerator and Uncapped Commission

Job description for Recruitment Consultant:
• Using business tools to develop existing client accounts and new business for continuous growth of your marketplace
• Produce sales leads through various methods and strategies including client recommendations, research and site visits
• Attend client visits and projects to develop working relationships
• Work with a support team produce a continuous pipeline of candidates and a sales administration team for compliance
• Manage the entire sales process from first contact with client and candidate to closing deals and contract administration
• Negotiate pay rates and salaries
• Control your own specialist market and ultimately build and develop your own team
Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
• Experience in sales, business development or recruitment
• Ability to build effective relationships with clients to acquire ongoing business
• Strong communication and time management/organisational skills
• Positive negotiation skills and commercial awareness
• Good general computer skills and able to work with MS Office
Personal Competencies:
• Desire to succeed with a professional attitude
• Focused with a positive mindset of achieving targets
• A team player with initiative and good self-motivation
