As a Curtain Walling Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and closing curtain walling projects. The successful candidate will have experience in managing large-scale projects, possess a strong understanding of curtain walling systems, and have a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Manage project team members and sub-contractors, ensuring they are effectively communicating and working together to achieve project goals.
• Oversee the selection and procurement of materials and equipment required for the project.
• Ensure the project is in compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
• Manage and resolve any project-related issues, such as delays, budget overruns, or safety concerns.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, including project status reports and presentations.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management working on large curtain walling projects.
• Strong knowledge of curtain walling systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
• Excellent project management skills, including experience with project scheduling and budgeting software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a project team.
• A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager working for Curtain Walling contractors
• Black Manager CSCS Card
• SMSTS
• Desirable - NEBOSH & Appointed Person
