Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to lead and oversee various projects in London and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in envelope specialities including but not limited to Glazing, Rainscreen, Ceramic, and GRC Precast. This is a permanent role offering the opportunity for career progression and the chance to work on some of the most exciting construction projects in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other professional staff
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Perform risk management to minimise project risks
• Uphold the highest standards of health and safety on site
• Lead a team of Site Managers and Operatives

Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Site Manager
• Extensive experience in Glazing, Rainscreen, Ceramic, GRC Precast etc.
• Relevant construction qualification such as SMSTS, CSCS, NVQ or equivalent
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
