Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced Shuttering Carpenters for a long-term project in the Northamptonshire Region. This role offers competitive pay and a stable work environment for professionals looking to advance their careers in the construction industry.
Job Duties:
• Setting out the work area, following engineering plans.
• Using hand and power tools to cut plywood, wood and assemble shutters/boxes and panels using screws.
• Reading of drawings/projects/plans in English and independent work are mandatory.
• Constructing formwork based on project specifications and blueprints.
• Assisting in the pouring and placement of concrete into the formwork.
• Dismantling the formwork carefully to avoid damaging the concrete structure.
Requirements:
• Valid CSCS card.
• Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and ability to comply with all health and safety regulations.
