Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Shuttering Carpenter to join our construction team. Your role involves building formwork to support concrete structures, contributing to the success of construction projects.

Responsibilities:
• Follow construction drawings and specs.
• Build formwork for foundations, walls, and columns.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials for formwork.
• Install formwork accurately, ensuring alignment and support.
• Work with concrete finishers to pour and finish concrete.
• Inspect and fix formwork as needed during construction.
• Collaborate with the construction team to meet deadlines.
• Follow safety guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Knowledge of different formwork systems and construction materials.
• Precise in measuring, cutting, and assembling formwork.
• Strong attention to detail and physical fitness.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
