Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee groundworks and RC frame construction activities.
• Ensure project execution aligns with timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members for efficient workflow.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Maintain comprehensive records of construction progress, budget adherence, and safety compliance.
• Offer technical guidance and problem-solving solutions on-site.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in groundworks and RC frame projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety legislation, and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software and technology.
• CSCS card holder.
• Full UK driving licence.
