My client is a well established and expanding sub contractor who is currently seeking a Site Manager with Steel Frame/Structures experience.

Previous experience working within Steel Frame projects
Previous experience working at a Site Manager/ Supervisor level.
supervising contracted staff
meeting subcontractors
making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
maintaining quality control procedures
motivating the workforce
problem solving
Using specialist construction management computer applications.
