Our client is a very successful Main Contractor specialising in Residential and New builds who are currently recruiting a Site Manager on a long term contract after winning a major project.



As Site Manager you would have a;

qualification in Construction Industry
5 years’ experience working for a main contractor
Residential. New build Experience
managing sites from £1m to £5m


As a Site Manager you will be able to;

set your team up for a day’s work
conduct inductions, daily briefings, tool box talks
manage site paperwork, organise labour, plant and materials
strong Health and Safety focus
