We are seeking a highly skilled Drylining Manager to oversee our drylining projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drylining, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead and manage a team. Project works involve installation of SFS, Drylining and Ceilings using a British Gypsum specification.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all drylining projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Manage a team of dryliners, ensuring they are working efficiently and to a high standard.
Manage materials and equipment, ensuring they are ordered and delivered on time.
Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Keep up to date with the latest industry developments, technologies, and trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Drylining Manager or a similar role.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of drylining techniques, materials, and equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
Essential certificates including SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and a valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
A relevant construction-related degree or qualification is desirable.
