Keyman Personnel, a specialist white collar recruitment business, is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in Residential and Education projects. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience overseeing projects from Groundworks to completion.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and quality standards are met.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that may arise and implementing corrective measures as required.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Foster positive working relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage resources effectively, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity and minimize wastage.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager, specifically in Residential and Education projects.
• Proven track record of overseeing projects from Groundworks to completion.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and construction practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Valid CSCS card and relevant industry qualifications.
• Knowledge of relevant software and technology used in construction project management is advantageous.
