As a Freelance Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate the on-site curtain walling project, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to maintain smooth project execution and delivery
• Implement and monitor quality control measures, guaranteeing that all work meets or exceeds client expectations and industry standards
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety awareness among the workforce
• Prepare and present regular progress reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules, identifying and resolving any potential issues

Qualifications & Experience:
• Proven experience as a Site Manager, specifically within the curtain walling or construction industry
• A relevant industry qualification, such as a degree in construction management, architecture, or civil engineering, is highly desirable
• A valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification
• First Aid at Work qualification
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
