With a growing portfolio of projects across various regions, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Manager to join the team. Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee site operations, ensuring timely and efficient execution of projects.
• Supervise and lead a team of skilled professionals, maintaining a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a strong SafetyCulture system.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including Quality Reports and Handover procedures.
• Implement and maintain effective Health & Safety paperwork and protocols.
• Maintain a culture of high attendance and punctuality among the team.
• Drive the completion of projects within scope, budget, and timeline parameters.

Requirements:
• Minimum of SSSTS (Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme) certification.
• Minimum Gold Card CSCS.
• Experience in cladding, windows, doors, and curtain wall installations.
• Strong background in Quality Reports and Handover procedures.
• Familiarity with SafetyCulture systems and Health & Safety protocols.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to different project locations.
