Keyman Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a leading main contractor for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join their team. This role involves managing specialised commercial refurbishment projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Role Overview:
As a Site Manager, you will oversee all aspects of commercial refurbishment projects, from planning and coordination to on-site management and quality control. You will be the key point of contact, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial refurbishment sites.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to ensure smooth project progress.
• Monitor project timelines, ensuring all works are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of quality and health and safety compliance.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively, minimising disruptions to project schedules.
• Report project progress to senior management and address any potential risks.
• Maintain accurate site records, including site diaries, progress reports, and safety documentation.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial refurbishment projects.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, and the project team.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid certification.
