Keyman Personnel, working in partnership with a leading specialist in cladding and roofing installations, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Freelance Site Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the helm of high-profile construction projects across the UK.
As a Freelance Site Manager, you will play a critical role in managing all on-site activities related to cladding and roofing installations, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standard, within budget and timeframes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate and supervise cladding and roofing installation activities on-site
• Oversee a team of installers, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
• Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and manage any changes in specification, cost or time
• Complete all necessary documentation and reports in a timely manner
Qualifications:
• Experience in construction management, with a focus on cladding and roofing installations
• A minimum of 5 years' site management experience in the roofing and cladding industry
• Valid CSCS card, SMSTS certificate, and First Aid at Work qualification
• Proficiency in using modern construction and project management software
• Exceptional communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
