My client is a well established and expanding sub contractor who is currently seeking a Site Manager Manager

Duties will include 

Previous experience working within the Rail Industry.
Previous experience working at a Project Manager/Site Manager level.
Experience in managing projects within a Network Rail setting


supervising contracted staff
meeting subcontractors
making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
maintaining quality control procedures
motivating the workforce
problem solving
Using specialist construction management computer applications.
