We are looking for a dedicated professional with exceptional attention to detail to join our prestigious client's team. This position offers a competitive daily rate of £250.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the finishing operations to ensure timely completion and delivery of projects.
• Coordinate and supervise the finishing team, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as production and quality assurance, to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient project completion.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of finishing materials and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Finishing Manager or similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of finishing techniques, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
