Site Manager - Rainscreen

Our client, a leading facade company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Freelance Site Manager with a minimum of 5 years of expertise in rainscreen to join their team on a project basis.

As a Freelance Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee construction sites, ensuring that all work is completed to the required specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards on site.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of construction activities.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, and identify and address any issues or challenges that arise.
• Provide leadership and direction to the construction team, including contractors, subcontractors, and other staff.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Freelance Site Manager in the construction industry, with a minimum of 3 years' expertise in rainscreen.
• Hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and first aid certificate.
• Strong project management and leadership skills, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• A solid understanding of health and safety regulations and standards in the construction industry.
