About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Site Manager with strong Fit Out/Refurbishment experience to join a leading team on a freelance basis. If you possess the perfect blend of leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations of fit-out and refurbishment projects ensuring work is done on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
2. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and the in-house team ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of any issues.
3. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
4. Review and interpret project plans and specifications.
5. Supervise, mentor and provide guidance to on-site teams.
6. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for timely delivery of materials and services.
7. Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders.
8. Handle any unforeseen challenges or changes to the original project scope.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
1. A proven track record as a Site Manager in the fit-out/refurbishment sector.
2. CSCS Card.
3. SMSTS/SSSTS certificate.
4. First Aid trained.
5. Strong technical knowledge in fit-outs and refurbishments.
6. Proficient in reading and interpreting complex plans and drawings.
7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
9. Strong problem-solving skills.
10. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
11. A proactive, hands-on approach to work.
