They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Freelance Site Manager to join their team on a project-by-project basis.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Freelance Site Manager to oversee cladding and roofing projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will ensure that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing and supervising all on-site activities.
• Coordinating and overseeing subcontractors and tradespeople.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the client and company management.
• Managing site documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and daily logs.
• Ensuring materials and equipment are available as needed.
• Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise on site.
• Liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conducting site inspections and quality checks.

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Site Manager within the cladding and roofing sector.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in site management software and IT systems.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
• CSCS card, SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
