Keyman Personnel, on behalf of one of the UK’s foremost construction companies, is seeking a highly competent and experienced Freelance Site Manager. This position focuses on groundworks projects, offering the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting construction initiatives nationwide.
As a Freelance Site Manager, you will be instrumental in leading and managing all groundworks operations, ensuring works are carried out to the highest standard, on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage and implement all site activities related to groundworks
• Supervise site operatives, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders
• Deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
• Prepare, implement and monitor project progress reports
Qualifications:
• A relevant degree or equivalent experience in construction management
• A minimum of 5 years' site management experience, with a strong focus on groundworks
• CSCS card, SMSTS certificate, and First Aid at Work qualification
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant construction and project management software
