Our client, a well-established construction company, is seeking a Freelance Site Manager with experience in fit out projects to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all on-site activities to ensure the project is completed within budget, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Your duties will include;
• Managing the site team
• Ensuring site safety
• Liaising with the client and other stakeholders
• Coordinating the installation of fixtures and fittings
• You will also be responsible for preparing progress reports, ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with the project specifications and drawings, and resolving any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in the fit out sector and have a current CSCS Card and SSSTS.

You should have a good understanding of construction methods and materials, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

In addition, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a team player, and have the ability to work independently. You should also have a keen eye for detail and be able to problem-solve and make decisions in a timely manner.
