Responsibilities:
• Managing and overseeing the construction site
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and tradespeople
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are adhered to
• Managing project timelines and budgets
• Ensuring that the quality of work meets or exceeds client expectations
• Liaising with clients, architects, and engineers
• Ensuring that all necessary permits and approvals are in place
• Overseeing the installation and maintenance of EWI/Render systems

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction
• Expertise in EWI/Render systems
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
