The Position:
• Daily planning and coordination with installation teams and other contractors.
• Regular attendance at site meetings to represent the company.
• Ongoing inspections to ensure work quality and compliance.
• Problem-solving for site challenges.
• Material and stock management to prevent interruptions and overstocking.
• Managing deliveries and onsite resources.
• Quality checks and handovers to clients.
• Tracking progress through reports.
• Handling health and safety responsibilities.
• Proactive, timely actions.

Requirements:
• SMSTS, NVQ Lev 3 or higher in glazing, cladding, or fenestration.
• First Aider, Gold or Black CSCS.
• 4+ years as site manager, supervisor, and or experience as installer.
• 3 sites in position of site manager or supervisor
