Due to ongoing projects and expansion, they are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join their dedicated team.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage site operations for various utility projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing day-to-day site operations to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinating and supervising site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Conducting regular site inspections and audits.
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Preparing site reports, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Solving any issues or problems that arise on site in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation.

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably within the utilities sector.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and IT systems.
• Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certificate.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to various sites as required.
