Our client, a leading facade company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Freelance Site Manager with expertise in facades to join their team. As a Freelance Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites related to facade installation, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee facade installation projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the required specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards on site.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of facade installation activities.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, and identify and address any issues or challenges that arise.
• Provide leadership and direction to the installation team, including contractors, subcontractors, and other staff.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Freelance Site Manager in the facade industry, with specific expertise in facade installation.
• Strong project management and leadership skills, with a track record of successfully delivering facade installation projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• A solid understanding of health and safety regulations and standards in the facade industry.
• CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certificate.
