My client is a well established and expanding sub contractor who is currently seeking a Site Manager with Steel Frame/Structures experience.

• Previous experience working within Steel Frame projects
• Previous experience working at a Site Manager/ Supervisor level.
• supervising contracted staff
• meeting subcontractors
• making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
• checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
• maintaining quality control procedures
• motivating the workforce
• problem solving
• Using specialist construction management computer applications.
