Keyman Personnel, a specialist white collar recruitment business, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client's construction team on a contract basis. Our client is a reputable organization involved in new build construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled professional who can manage construction sites from start to finish.

Position: Site Manager (Contract Basis)

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the entire construction process of new build projects, ensuring they are delivered within budget and on schedule.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain efficient operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site, promoting a safe working environment for all workers.
Monitor construction progress, identify and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
Requirements:

Proven experience in managing new build construction sites from start to finish.
Sound knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and regulations.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick decisions under pressure.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
A solid understanding of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Valid industry certifications and qualifications are desirable.
