Our client is a very successful cladding and facades business who are currently recruiting for a Cladding Site Manager on a large cladding project.

As a Cladding Site Manager you would have;
• SMSTS, CSCS Black/Gold Card
• At least 5 Years’ experience in Cladding or managing Cladding sub-contractors
• At least 5 Years’ experience Site Managing
• Able to read Construction drawings
• Great Communication & Well Presented
• Extensive Rainscreen Knowledge
• Curtain walling experience

As a Cladding Site Manager your job will include;
• Manage site paperwork, organise labour, plant and materials
• Manage health, safety and quality
• Managing staff & Subcontractors
• Check and prepare site reports
• Maintaining quality control procedures
• Motivating the workforce
• Problem solving site issues
