Keyman Personnel is partnering with an industry-leading client in search of an experienced Freelance Site Manager for an immediate start. This exciting opportunity promises a dynamic role in a school environment, perfect for someone with a robust background in various trades, including Groundworks, Fencing, Tarmacing, Carpet, Shot Pad, and Artificial Grass installations.

Key Requirements
• Experience: A proven track record as a Site Manager with a keen eye for detail and a solid background in Groundworks, Fencing, Tarmacing, Carpet fitting, Shot Pad, and Artificial Grass installations. This experience is crucial for managing the range of duties this position entails.
• SMSTS: All candidates must hold a valid Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certificate. This is a non-negotiable requirement and ensures you can manage health and safety on-site.
• DBS Check: As this role is based within a school environment, all candidates will need to have a valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

Responsibilities
• Managing the day-to-day site operations, including organisation of materials and labour.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard of quality.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols at all times.
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Leading, motivating, and managing site teams to ensure optimum performance.
