My client is a well-established and expanding sub-contractor who is currently seeking a Site Manager with a Main Contractor background

• Previous experience working within Groundworks.
• Previous experience working at a Site Manager/ Supervisor level.

Duties will include
• Supervising contracted staff
• Meeting subcontractors
• Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
• Maintaining quality control procedures
• Motivating the workforce
• Problem solving
• Using specialist construction management computer applications.
