Keyman Personnel is delighted to assist our esteemed client, a highly respected construction company, in their search for an experienced and proactive Freelance Site Supervisor with a specialisation in drylining.

Role:
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, managing subcontractors, and ensuring the effective, safe, and timely execution of drylining works.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervising and overseeing drylining works to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
2. Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the construction site.
3. Managing subcontractors and liaising between different teams.
4. Ensuring that all work is carried out in line with plans and project deadlines.
5. Implementing and maintaining health and safety protocols on-site.
6. Conducting regular site inspections and reporting to management.
7. Resolving any on-site issues and conflicts.

Requirements:
• Significant experience in a similar role with a focus on drylining.
• Excellent understanding of drylining techniques and industry best practices.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
• CSCS Card holder, SSSTS or SMSTS.
• A full UK driving license is desirable but not essential.
