Role Overview:
As a Freelance Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that all groundworks and reinforced concrete (RC) frame activities are executed to the highest standards. This position offers the flexibility of freelance work combined with the opportunity to contribute to prestigious construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervision of Groundworks and RC Frame Construction: Directly oversee all aspects of the construction process, from excavation to the completion of RC frames.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with building regulations and health & safety standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage on-site teams to ensure efficient and timely project completion.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
• Safety Management: Implement and monitor strict health and safety policies on-site, conducting regular safety audits and risk assessments.
• Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven Experience: Extensive experience in groundworks and RC frame construction, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Qualifications: A relevant construction or engineering qualification is preferred. Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification are essential.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction techniques, materials, and regulations related to groundworks and RC frames.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges proactively.
