Keyman Personnel is currently recruiting for a Freelance Highways Site Supervisor on behalf of a leading main contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile highway infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and within budget
• Managing site personnel, sub-contractors, and suppliers
• Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinating with project managers and clients to ensure project milestones are met
• Reporting progress and any issues encountered on site

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on highways or civil engineering projects
• Strong knowledge of highway construction processes and health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Valid CSCS card and SMSTS/SSSTS certification
• First Aid certification (desirable)
