Keyman Personnel is delighted to present a fantastic opportunity for a Civil Site Supervisor on behalf of our leading civil engineering client. This role offers the chance to oversee and direct pivotal construction operations.

Role Overview:
As the Civil Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading teams of 4-5 skilled workers, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction teams, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
• Monitor the progress of construction projects and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
• Provide technical advice and solve problems on-site.
• Maintain daily logs and supplement inspection records with photographs.
• Ensure all resources and equipment are available on-site as needed and are used efficiently.
• Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other project stakeholders to report on progress and discuss challenges.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor or similar role, with a solid background in civil construction projects, preferably in heavy industries.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing small teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and construction procedures.
• Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints.
• CSCS card and relevant construction qualifications are essential.
